Product Description
Available in two different models and designed to remove silt, sediment, hydrocarbons and debris from storm water as it enters into drains and catch basins. The heavy-duty geotextile material is held in place by the grate on top of the drain. Added X-Tex strips inside the DrainGuard Plus provide added hydrocarbon absorption capacity. This packaging is available in 48" x 36" only. See below for more information. Stormwater pollution has become a major concern both locally and on a national level. DrainGuards remove waste from stormwater before it can become a problem in the water system. Helps comply with NPDES, 40 CFR 122.26 (1999) when used as Best Management Practice in Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
